Rain service delivery is very bad

Logged tickets with different consultants but still no response,Rain need to work on their support department because wow their service is ***********,how do you expect us to be patient with you guys while you never ever give feedback but yet we pay for poor service delivery still no network all you know is to tell us to unplug and plug back to reboot the router,pls improve your service, still waiting for nothing,promise not kept still
