Rain Service Cancelled but still being Debited

I recently cancelled my subscription for September and found that my account was still debited in full for the month of September for 2 rain subscriptions, and my rain sim's were also deactivated. Needless to say the ability to contact the Support team via their online channels don't seem to work as I've been waiting 3 days for a call back, and can only send a request via the online channel.

Really Poor Service - Not sure how I can get refunded.
