Rain service cancellation

Look I’m here to ask for help!!! I have had the absolute worst service from the company rain and their consultants are not helpful at all.. rain is a pay ad you go service not a contract. If you pay for service you get service and if you don’t pay you don’t get service.. but not they telling me I’m in arrears when I don’t have a contract. When I tell them cancel the service completely they refusing saying I’m in arrears! How am I in arrears for a service I don’t have ??? This is not a contract and they refuse to help me.
