Rain service beyond dismal

It is now the second month of me trying to RICA RAIN Simcard. I have paid the R479 and activated the sim card still cannot use it. TheRICA system times out and I have sent the necessary documents to have my case escalted and sim card RICA'ed but no luck. My latest Ref number is *** and I used the email address ***
