Rain service being very bad

Their network is very bad including their app. When I try signing in on app it keeps on going back to home screen and sometimes I cant submit a ticket. I thought it's my phone. I tried with my other phone but it's still the same problem. Now I keep on buying data as well as paying for the wifi. It is financially draining because I thought I would never ever gave to buy data again now I oay for double and it costs me. They never return my calls. I tried sending emails they don't srespond
