upgrade from 19 hrs to 24/7 package almost 4 months ago. Cannot go on Netflix even though we still paying. Nobody contacts you but email Rain send states that they tried to contact you but you were not available. We been about a year with Rain and recommended them to a lot of friends. Always telling them its worthwhile even though you struggle to get hold of them when you have problems. N. Brown ***
