Rain service

I hv spoken to Rain re the practically non existence of service. I hv spoken to several customer service at Rain of which i was given different answers to my problem. 1. I as moved to another tower which to date has not assisted. Today I was moved agn so do not yet know the outcome.

2. 3 Rain consultants told me out right to cancel this includes the woman who 1st phd me this morning. That consultant was extremely rude and impatient with me. I told her abt my memory issues and to allow me to interrupt her she just got more rude. The 2nd consultant who phd me was very patient and caring.

3. I hv had endless problems with Rain as a service provider and i wld like for the issues to b resolved.

4. Yesterday they phd me and I phd back and had no luck of findg out who called.

4. Was also told high traffic so cant assist me. I only once rcd a reference nno and that was by the last consultant who i spoke to today.

What i wld like to know is if more towers r planned for the area and when? Rain doest seem to hv much concern in assisting their customer.
