Rain service are Poor

Good day I'm very disappointed in Rain...I've made a payment on Friday the 3rd of November...Rain asked me for proof of payment I've send it to them...I've send numerous emails and Facebook messages but still no response...My wifi are still off after I've made the payment into Rain Absa bankaccount...If no one can help me deposit my money back into my bank account...Rain customer service are very very very Poor...
