Rain service and support is TERRIBLE
I registered my sim online and it has yet to be activated. Ive been sending countless messages and no one has contacted me. The payment has gone off on my account but I am unable to use my sim. Whats the point of paying for a service that im unable to utilise? Whats the point of sending countles smessages that are never answered. Your service is terrible im highly disappointed and frustrated.

Still no call from any agent. I dont understand what the problem is. I submitted all necessary documents. I received notification that my rica was successful. I dont understand why my sim is still not activated. I called this morning and spoke to an agent she said will escalate the matter and it should be sorted in 2hours. That was 8hours ago. Still nothing. This is very frustrating. Paying for a service that I cant use. Its ****************.
