Rain service and customer service

I have been given the worst experience from rain customer service as well as the technical team. I have been calling them from last week to complain about my router that i have for less then a month that is not working and was advised that a swap out wil be done before end of last week only to find out call was only logged yesterday and i have to wait another 3-5 working days for delivery to take place while bering in mind that i use the wifi for work. I spoke to anent Thumaka who was very rude put me on mute while speaking to her and then called back spoke to Sagel the manager who was *********** and rudely dropped the call without resolving my queries, if I do not get assistance before end of business today, I will be cancelling the wifi with rain. This is the worst ever service i have seen my entire life, Pathetic and disgusting service and I would not recommend anyone to sign up with them due to incompetency. They are very unprofessional and do not know how to deal with customers, its a huge disgrace, paying for something that is not working and getting transferred from pilar to post with no assistance whatsoever
