Haven't had Internet connection for 3 weeks going now, here is a few issues I picked up from Rain 1. The call centre agents serve no purpose as even if you give them a reference number, they have no clue as to what’s going with your call. You spend most of your time on hold then getting an answer. 2. The technician that gets assigned to your call never contacts the customer until we have to phone 10 times and having to repeat dealing with the call centre agents. 3. The field technicians are rude and don’t care of people’s privacy. So, the rain network is one of the worse networks you can be on.
