Rain service.
I have been a loyal customer of rain for the past year,
Recently i have become bitter and think im rather nor my wife will support then any further.
I have ordered a rain sim deal on black friday where i only need to pay r1 for the sim,they said it will be delivered with 3-5 working days,the courier partners they used postponed my delivery 3 times!!!i have only received it 2 weeks later,sim arrived,now the sim says no service.
Support team doesnt ever get back to me and when i phone no one picks up the phone!!!
I will be cancelling my agreement with rain,i will rather support fibre!
