RAIN *** service

I have contacted Rain 3 times this month. Spoke to three different agents saying different things. I asked for my account to be transferred to my husband but I need to be dead for that to happen. Yes she said that They have little to no customer service experience at all. They are unprofessional and do not send me emails about what was discussed on the call. I asked to escalate as it's within my right to speak to a manager.I was told a manager will call me "on" the next 24 hours.. Ibe never even gotten full bars on my router and it keeps disconnecting. I am really ****ed off at the service I received and lack thereof And their damn robots are useless. Maybe employ people to handle WhatsApp chats not bots!
