Rain Service

A month ago when the pandemic the world I logged onto rain to have their services at my place so that my son could keep up with his school etc. I have registered incidents wer the reception was pathetic and I upgraded to the uncapped 24hour service but still to no avail this was even worse, eventually it started working but not a 100% . They told me on this package the speed will go up 10meg line. None the less wen it works we try to make the most of it. I have made payment and thers no service, I have logged numerous complaints with no one contacting me. They dont even have a support line. They used to have a live chat but thats done with. How long before I am reconnected. I need the service asap.
