Rain service

Rain dont deserve even 1 star. There is nothing special about this service. Its been 7 days now that we are complaining via email and phone about the poor coverage. with every call and mail we tell them to change our address and it is still not changed. We are about 200 meters from the nearest tower, which is faulty according to rain consultants. We have asked them every time to disconnect our sim from that tower and a ticket to the technical department has been launched. Its been 7 days and we are still having problems in connection speed. We are paying for a 10mbps line and only get 0.60 mbps. Have to work from home with the covid restrictions. This is very frustrating......
