Rain sent my already rica'd sim card to someone else to use, and they are unwilling to do anything to remedy this.

My sim card that is rica'd in my name never arrived at my door. On my rain login I can see someone else is using data every day. Data that I have paid for. After many many emails, attempted phone calls, facebook messages, and support tickets on the rain website stretchin over the last couple of weeks, they are either unwilling or unable to do anything about this.

Absolutely pathetic.

Do I have a legal case in this matter?
