Rain sending me from pillar to post over router collection

I placed a new order for rain subscription yesterday. I am supposed to collect my router. Online I made a mistake and opted for Johannesburg instead of Pretoria. I want to change this, I want to collect my new router in Pretoria. Rain told me to call CCD and CCD are telling they cannot pick up my order, rain are telling me the same thing and no one seem to be able to assist me. I just want to collect my router in Pretoria! This is urgent and my work is being left behind. Please assist.
