RAIN seemingly good, but very poor support

Hi, I received a Rain SIM card last week, but cannot get it past the RICA step. I paid upfront and have contacted them multiple times, the most recent being this morning where I was in the queue which had over 600 waiting. I know these are difficult times with the lockdown, but surely they could help. They eventually joined me via a chat but were not able to assist me. They eventually said that they would escalate to their RICA group, and that someone would contact me within 48 hours. This is pathetic as I have been trying many times a day since middle of last week.
