RAIN ********- NO SERVICE

Worst internet service provider you can use. Still have not fix my bill bit ad an extra month after it was cancelled. Router was collected 2 months ago as arange by Rain bit quest what, i got an message that the router must be collected again. *** RAIN DO YOU KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB... Rain was cancelled in October and yet they do not know what is going on. I would not recommend rain to anybody as it is a ****. Advertice 5g and i had that for one month. Numerous tickets open and guess what, everytime got a message back we tried to call you but your phone was off. YEAH RIGHT RAIN, THINK OF A BETTER EXCUSE. I HAD KILOBYTES INSTEAD OF THE 5G AND YET I CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY NEVER DID ASSISTED ME. NOW THEY INCLUDE AND EXTRA MONTH. RAIN IS MONTH TO MONTH TO TO SAY YOU WANNA MAKE MONEY FROM US THE CONSUMERS. FIX YOUR ****ING BILL OR I WILL NOT PAY THAT R499.00 USELESS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER
