Last year I took Rain wifi package of R299, the network was good and everything until I missed a payment. Told myself I'll pay the following month, they didn't load data for me and I understand cause I needed to pay what was due, but the following they doubled the amount. And guess what, they are still billing me even now for months I'm not using data. I logged a quiry two months after but no one could give me a sound answer why I'm billed. Now im at +- R1400, they still billing me like every month. This company is such a ****

Thank you so much for your help, I hope you will now debit as per usage. I don't want to see myself being billed again for data I'm not using as I want to try pay what I am currently owing. I still don't understand why R590 cause I was owing R299.
