Rain ****med me

RAIN IS A ****. I purchased Rain Sim card, in hopes that me and my family will enjoy internet together. I purchased on the 3rd of August, immediately they took the money, it was delivered 2 days later. Got it, tried it on my 4G enable phone, it had no internet, did APN and it did not connect with anyone's phone. OK, tried it on my Huawei router, there it didn't even show as active. OK, my last option was my Vodafone router, zil, it did not connect, I could see it on my wifi but it would take me to the Vodafone app and say disconnect. Contacted them on that stupid thing of theirs on their website called customer support and they only rep**** me after 2 weeks and still no solution. Guys I'm so frustrated because, rain ****med me with my R475, I didn't get any services but my R475 is gone. Now I cancel the sim, it says that they will deduct last payment on 1st September 2020. This is ridiculous. I'm hurt guys and really traumatized that I got ****med like this
