RAIN - **** WORSE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

I had bought a Router and 2 sims and paid for the subscriptions as well. Its 2 weeks now and after 20 emails to the support being Thato Ramere and Nteseng Soaratlhe (rain Customer Support) no responds, I had 2 emails from them on the second day saying they sorry about the services and wait but there after they vanished from the service of the earth. I lost out on the money and now sitting with a brand new router. I wanted to advise Take A Lot not to distribute the sim cards as this is a **** and by them selling this they indirectly getting people to buy these sim cards. I wish I could complain to a higher authority just so that they can activate my sim. Please if anyone can help email me on *** Thank you
