Rain ****: Keeps Charging After Cancelling (poor internet too)
Signed up for a month to month option. Cancelled it but Rain has been charging us every month since.
Emails and phone calls doesn’t resolved it.

We asked for email confirmation which was not sent and they sent yet another billing email.
Please do not use Rain. It’s a **** and there are better providers out there.
