I have subscribed to the R250 plan late last year and decided to upgrade to the R479 plan during the mid-month of May and to my Surprise this morning they have debited my account with R692 and as passed i am decided to downgrade back to the R250 plan please help me to get the difference they took from me.They are scanners.
