Im really disappointed in Rain I canceled my subscription about 2 months back. I send an email but till now no one get back to me and then they also took money from my account. I ask them my money back but again till now no email reply back to me. They can see that the service is not been use but still they took R699 from my account.

My goodness ive send an email to cancel in 19t may you didnt even respond to my email. Just pay my money back that you owe me i didn't use your service since 19th May you can see it on your system as well. You only have 1 and a half star don't you feel bad about it and please do your calculations before you just want to take money from people.

And you are wrong 25th April was paid and if I owe you for May its till the 19th of May so you owe me money back and what about the 1st payment that I made before the rain router was delivered to me I paid R699 which was my deposit so for May if my calculations is right you owe me R139.80 + R699. So when can I expect my money back.

Okay now I got a more better understanding. So if I understand correctly I owe you R270.58. Please let me know if this is correct
