Rain - ****

I've been using rain for 3 months now and i paid month end of November and on the 15 Dec they disconnected their service without informing me why they disconnected, when i call them they told me i was in arrears i didnt understand which arrears cause before they deliver i paid the R469 and from there i was paying monthly.

on the 15 dec i was disconnected as i mentioned they say i was in arrears and i paid, now its month end of Dec they send sms that i have to pay which i dont understand why im paying so much money and they always told me that im in arrears again. this rain is robbing us, they are cheap but ******.
