Rain says they don't throttle internet speed. Don't be their lies.

@rainsouthafrica could you pls explain why you are throttling speeds on your network? It's been over a week when I was advised someone will get in touch. No one has been in contact with me since. Horrible customer service. The 1 start rating is there just to write the review otherwise they don't deserve the star. I'm not hoping for a reply but sort out your network we are paying customers!!!!!
