RAIN SA's data only network, such a disappointment!

Rain was something i had read about for a while before deciding to join them. During the process of the order something went wrong with my online dash board and when i contacted them to help me rectify it, i was old that they would cancel my order and refund me. Thereafter i would have to recreate a dash board and reprocess a new order. Despite this being a bit of a process i agreed and this was on the 08/05/2020 (after many attempts with dealing with various people). The lady i spoke told me the refund would take 24 hours to 48 hours. unfortunately that was not the case and to make matters worse nobody followed up with me. it is now the 26/05/2020, i have submitted my EFT details 4 times been told once more after weeks that my refund was processed and that it will reflect any day now and one week later (AGAIN) no follow up an no refund. i have been extremely patient until now and i am truly disappointed by their customer service. i would NEVER recommend them to anyone i know. they are affordable and make it seem as if they are reliable however when it comes to put actions into play, they cannot deliver. Please save yourself the trouble and look for a good deal elsewhere, where you can expect product and exceptional customer service.
