Rain sales

U contacted Rain about my router ****** during a house breaking and ordered them to block the simcard. Instead I got a call from a courier company to collect the router which I o longer have. Currently I have tried to order a new router and their system said an agent will call me. I have been trying over and over again, but no call . I can't order my router to do my work as I work from home, I have to rely in buying mobile data.
