RAIN SAID THEY'D KEEP MY LINE ACTIVE ONLY TO LEAVE ME STRANDED

I am so disappointed in Rain and their service, after all the efforts I've made to salvage my relationship and account with them, even after making sure I made contact to ask for the cancellation to be revoked, I was even advised that it has been revoked and that I should worry. Woke up today to no internet, my internet services was cancelled even after I was told it would be revoked and that my service will continue as per normal and that I can move forward with my payment plan . Im gobsmacked and speechless and it goes back to what I have been saying that too many people handle one query
