RAIN SA THE WORST NETWORK EVER!!!

I used rain on the 19hours plan... Was okay at first, then I wanted to upgrade to the 24hrs plan, this was before I knew there was a app, I clicked on the first thing to pop up for a agent to call me, IN THE CALL I CLEARLY ASKED FOR THE 24HOUR UNLIMITED plan... At the end of that month, I was informed that I was switched to pay as you go and owe them more that R6000... Their excuse after 2weeks of trying to get someone to contact me was that i clicked on the pay as you go option on the internet... When I asked for the recorded call they could not give me answers... I WILL NOT PAY THIS MONEY AS IT WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR, my girlfriend that I'm staying with uses this betwork aswell and we can't even watch a youtube video without problems but at the end of the month they still want payment... THIS IS A PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER... DO NOT USE THIS NETWORK!!!!!
