Rain SA, terrible service and response time!!!
I received my Rain 5g router yesterday(I've just joined rain), this router does not work! I moved around my entire house trying to get a "signal". I sent an email yesterday and today and I haven't gotten any response yet. Terrible customer service. I called the customer service line and I was on hold for about 30min before I hung up
