Rain SA Service so poor

I have been using rain for sometime now and had my share of issues but this is the last straw, since the 7th our internet hasn't been working and make numerous calls till to date not sorted been referred to the same issue i am having of the Dashboard not working both on the web and App so now I've been sent from pillar to post, dont receive updates, now they tell me that I owe money, whereas on the app it shows R0 cant even view my invoices and they seem not to care about it that I dont have internet. I am tired of hearing it has been escalated..
