Rain SA mobile data

I placed and order for a mobile data sim on the 29 July 2019 till today my package has not be received . The estimated turn around time was 3 to 5 working day .

I called in to inquire about the matter , the query was escalated to the courier company Ram ,package was scanned into the hub , started tracking the package . It was dispatched for delivery on the 14 August .

The final delivery perused it’s final measure by the courier company , I received a call regarding my physical address , I then mentioned to the caller from Ram that I’m not home how ever the required documentation is all in order and I have delegated my dad to receive on my behalf .

The agent antagonistically told me no third party can receive the package . All this surfaced on the final delivery day .

Sad part is that I grounded my dad not to do his personal things on the basis that I was expecting a delivery.

Called rain Sa to escalate my concern I was told an alternative arrangement would be made in order for me to get my package .

The agent assured me that he will escalate the matter and will give me feedback the following day , however he did not.

I’m still waiting in vain . So the ethics of business seem to be a problem the can’t honor any of their obligations.
