Rain SA is making my life hell

This is my second review on Rain SA,on my first review rain SA said they have cancelled my subscription.but even now they are still trying to make a debit of 529 on my account.i cancelled my subscription with them on the 7th of December after I had paid on the 1st of December.and their agent assured me that they will not try to debit any cash from my account but rain still tries every single day to debit on my account.i don't know which route to take now because this will affect my credit.i don't want their services any longer and I don't owe them
