Rain SA does not care about their clients. No service at all

Rain debited my acc and says I didn't pay even after sending all proof of bank statements app screen shots. Worst service ever even at PAULSHOF shop. since June nothing has been done i paid double just to stay connected and that was it now they dont even respond to my emails
