It is now the 12 December and the person who finally responded few days ago blamed my bank and said they did their part. I have asked for proof of payment so I can do a follow up because it is not even showing on my bank statement. After I asked for proof of payment they RAIN does the ignoring again. Show me proof of payment then they vanish. I have not received any of my ****** money from Rain but they are happy to let their agents do the dirty work for them to lie to us and justify their looting. Why would my bank chow R200 from Rain.
