Rain SA are a bunch of *******
Rain SA are a bunch of *******. They claim I owe they but I paid in full. The consultant that was assisting me was Thembeka Bheli who provided zero help. I'm still waiting for my money back. The rep who authorised my purchase was Sinethemba who assured me that on no rain works very well in your area, lies lies... When I asked for my money back which I was within the 7 day cooling period and Thembeka Bheli only gave me R123 which was a quarter of what I paid for and claimed that I owed them.

Sinethemba assured that it was an error on your side because if I really owed rain the system wouldn't have allowed me to reactivate my account. So someone **** to me
