Rain *****s card number details when you make online payments

After I changed banks I have been paying rain using my card, however this month, after I manually paid online, they stole my card details and further debited my account, two consecutive days. Meaning they stole my card details and did whatever they pleased with them. I called in and I was told my card details are on their system, which I did not provide to them!!!

Who provides card information in this day in age, but no Rain took the liberty of committing white collar *****!!!

My information is not safe with these people and they are in contravention of the POPI act.

I have received no feedback nor an explanation regarding the exploitation of my information.

I did not grant permission for my card details to be used as you please, I require the proper channels followed or I will take this up legally.

How does my card details get stored and transactions run without prior approval?
