RAIN ***********'s and ****
This is very disappointing and disgusting on the type of rip-off one experience when dealing with RAIN billing procedure. WHY bill for no service or inetrnet connection, WHAT am i expected to be paying for??? Consultants are clueless and unprofessional in the customer care>
