I have not had internet for 4 months called everyday and got Reference no after Reference no then when it got fixed the guy never connected the routers so had to call again over and over. I have now been calling accounts department to get my 4 months internet I paid for with no help this is getting really bad. I am now going to the consumer court and news pappers they can take your money but can't give you a service
