Rain runs unauthorised card deductions, and withhold refunds. They don't resolve complaints.

I made a complaint with regards Rain and them running deductions on my card after cancellation. Rain has marked my negative review as if they had contacted me and resolved it, they haven't. Rain has not contacted me on this platform or off, and they have not resolved my problem. No refund, nothing.

I am posting a another review because I feel their 'response' on here is misleading.
