Rain running it business on robbing its clients for survival

So i have not been getting any service from rain for the month of April but only for the first 7 days on the month come month end they have the decency to debit the full amount. to top it off i have requested a letter to show on my cancelation with them , nothing . What kind of ******* is this network running it business on.
