Rain ruining my life
The device started a firmware upgrade during the day and it is now stuck in n firmware upgrade mode. My Son is unable to do his homework and I also work from home, I'm stuck. The WhatsApp support AI keeps escalating the matter but nothing happens. I am so disappointed and furious. Technical support team has even contacted me.
