Rain rude staff and pathetic service

You need to train your staff more on client services and problem resolution

I have an internet connection problem I’ve been addressing with you people for over 2 weeks now And you get your *********** and rude staff to call me and make promises they can’t keep, to tell me things that are not making sense

Yet you fail to fix the 1 problem that is my connection

This fooling consultant that just called me says I must tell you guys when I have good connection days…. When do I have good connection days? I’ve been calling and sending you messages for the past 2 weeks and more so does that not tell you that I’ve never had good internet days for more than 2 weeks? Your service is not only poor but it’s pathetic
