Rain router with poor network

Was offered R1 special for a month, then I suddenly owe R650 and I have debit order which I was not aware of and did not agree to it. The same router has poor network!! Therefore not willing to continue using it, now I have to pay R650 in order to return it. You sell us these routers knowing very well you don't have coverage in our areas then you demand a payment.

I don't understand how you manage to add debit order without my approval on my Capitec.
