Rain router shows check account AGAIN!
The exact same thing that happened yesterday happened today now too!! Our router ONCE AGAIN says 'check account', when we've paid the 1st of October! The account shows up to date. Rain keeps trying to take R625 every day when I only get paid the 25, which ultimately adds up, for something that IS paid. This issue was supposed to be fixed yesterday. I need this fixed TODAY!!
