Rain router order

What a worst experience with rain. I placed an order last week with a turnaround of 1-3 days. I haven't received any communication. I tried calling CCD who says they don't have my order. Rain won't let me speak to a live agent and their bot says my order is with CCD. When you order from rain expect such inconveniences. That time I have paid.
