Rain router not working but being billed every month.

I am so disappointed with Rain , I recieved a router from them 3 months ago and it has not been working ever since . I have phoned their contact centre for assistance from day 1 and nothing has been done to date. In all these 3 months my account is being billed for service I have not received. Rain call center is not helpful at all. It's a waste of money and time contacting them. Today 26/08/2023 I have been waiting for call from a supervisor and it doesn't look like I will be getting one at all. I am so frustrated and feel I ****med about this. I have requested to come collect the router and refund me but nothing is happening. Regards Andries.
