Rain router I want my money back

I got rain in December 2024, and I called them telling them there is no coverage and they apologized saying the person who was assisting me **** about my area as there is no coverage for Rain in that particular area. I asked them to cancel which they did in January then they arranged a collection of their router which took time but eventually CCD couriers came to collect on the 3rd of February 2025. The 26th of April debited R625 on my account and I have been struggling to get assistance to get it back. I fail to understand why after 3 months of collecting their router they take my money.
